Returns & Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Requesting a return

Email kevin@kevineslinger.com before sending anything back. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions privately. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return condition

Items must be returned in the condition received and in their original protective packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include the order number and clear photographs so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized work, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Customers in the European Union retain any cancellation or return rights provided by applicable law.
